What is the dress code?
Beach Bonfire: Coastal Casual Attire / Yacht Day (more info to come): All White Attire / Wedding Day: Formal Attire (ladies: long dresses, gentleman: suits - ties optional)
When should I book my room?
We are so excited to celebrate with you! We recommend booking your room as soon as possible, as the room block is on a first-come, first-served basis. We have reserved three different room types for you to choose from - Junior Suite, Executive Suite, and Super Executive Suite. Please note that May 15, 2025, is the last day to reserve your room with an initial $150 deposit, and the remaining balance due by July 1, 2025. After May 15, we cannot guarantee availability under our room block or the discounted price.
What dates should I travel?
That is completely up to you! We truly hope you will treat our wedding like a vacation and savor your time away. We have reserved a block of rooms from November 6-9, with a three-night minimum stay. To make the most of your experience, we are planning a variety of events over those three nights.
When is the last day I can RSVP?
We would love to hear from you as soon as possible. Our final RSVP cutoff date is May 15, 2025. If we do not hear from you by then, we will sadly assume you will not be able to make it. If you cannot join us, please know that we understand, and your presence will be truly missed.
Can I book my own room or book at a different resort?
Unfortunately, no. We have reserved space and secured special pricing as part of a wedding room block. . If you plan to stay at a different resort, there will be a fee of $100-150 per person, per visit when attending our events which is the resorts policy.
Can I stay longer than the room block?
Absolutely! You can stay at the resort for up to 5-7 days at the contracted pricing, subject to availability. If you are considering an extended stay, please RSVP early so we can request and hold your extra nights. Our resort is located 5-10 minutes from downtown while also having access to Pueblo Bonito's 2 sister properties (Pacifica & Rose) so we encourage you to stay and enjoy Cabo as much as you can.
Are there payment plan options?
We completely understand that travel expenses can be challenging, so we have enlisted the help of a travel agent to assist our guests with payment plan options. Please feel free to reach out to our travel agent, Jennifer Day at Jennifer@destinationdays.com, for guidance. She is here to help you find the best payment plan that works for you!
How do I get to the resort once I arrive at the airport?
We are planning to hire shuttle service to pick you up! Just let our travel agent know your arrival date and time, and we will coordinate everything for you.
What is included at the resort?
Your stay includes all meals, drinks, and entertainment! You will also enjoy complimentary access to the beautiful sister properties, Pueblo Bonito Pacifica and Rose—both of which we highly recommend you explore! The resort provides convenient shuttles to transport you between locations. We suggest bringing some smaller bills for tipping your golf cart drivers and servers.
Can I bring my children?
While we encourage you to enjoy the wedding stress-free, children are always welcome!
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. To ensure a smooth arrival, please contact your golf cart driver at least 20-30 minutes prior to the start time. This will give you plenty of time to get settled and ready.
What are some great activities if I want to spend a day exploring on my own?
Cabo offers something for everyone! Take a resort shuttle to visit the nearby sister properties, Pacifica (adults-only) and Rose, or enjoy the short 5-10 minute drive to downtown Cabo. Explore Medano Beach, the iconic Arch, and enjoy shopping, dining, and nightlife with spots like Senor Frogs. You can also take a scenic boat tour, relax at a local spa, or discover Cabo's cultural gems. For golf lovers, the Quivira Golf Club offers a world-class experience with stunning ocean views and challenging holes designed by Jack Nicklaus.
Is this an all-inclusive resort?
Sure is! This means that your stay includes accommodations, all meals, snacks, and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) throughout your time at the resort. You can relax and enjoy everything the resort has to offer without worrying about extra costs for food or beverages.
Please note that some premium services, excursions, or spa treatments may not be included, but there will be plenty of activities and amenities available for you to enjoy.
How far is the resort from the airport?
The resort is about 20 minutes away from the airport.
Where is the resort located in Cabo?
Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach is located on the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula, Mexico. Specifically, it sits on the Pacific Ocean side of the peninsula, about 10 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas.
The resort is nestled on a beautiful hillside, offering stunning ocean views and a more secluded, tranquil setting compared to the resorts on the Sea of Cortez side. It’s also located near the famous Pedregal neighborhood and the iconic Land's End area.
Where is your registry?
Your presence is our present. We could not ask for anything more than to spend time with the people we love the most! If you insist on giving a wedding gift or cannot make it, you can contribute to our honeymoon fund but please do not feel obligated to do so.
